We are currently open for lunch and dinner. We offer classic sushi-ya menu options for lunch and a full Omakase and Kaiseki menu for dinner as well as a la carte options during both lunch and dinner.
Please note we apply a 20% service charge when dining in.

DINNER

We offer the following “Omakase” style courses as well as an option to do a la carte, “Okonomi” style. Please select your preference of the menu upon making the reservation.

Bizen
Kaiseki Course $275
Our Bizen omakase consists of a starter, appetizer, sashimi, grilled dish, simmered dish, fried dish, 5 nigiri, miso soup, and dessert.

Oribe
Signature Course $180
Our Oribe omakase consists of a starter, appetizer, 10 nigiri, miso soup, and dessert.

Karatsu
Sushi Course $150
Our Karatsu omakase consists of a starter, 8 nigiri, roll of your choice, miso soup, and dessert.

À LA CARTE

We offer à la carte “Okonomi” option also, which translates to your own prefence. This is availabe during lunch and dinner. The options are nigiri, sashimi, traditional rolls and cooked items, which are prepared daily for our Kaiseki “Bizen” course. See attached for our current à la carte options.


SAKE

We offer artisanal sake that is sourced from breweries in Japan that have a rich history, some of which have only become available more recently in the US. We offer a sake pairing that will allow guests to experience sake that not only complements but enhances the enjoyment of the sushi’s textures and flavors.


WINE

We have handpicked the wine list from all over the world, chosen by our French partner to specifically complement the cuisine.

Our corkage fee is $50 per bottle. We request that you limit to one bottle for every two guests at the table.
